Recently i reported a serious abuse to Customer Relations. TPG advised to me that I must have either Voice Mail or Call catcher. Both of them are paid services, I enver subscribed to them or gave permission to add them to my account. Yesterday I checked my mobile usage and I am still in shock. I hardly use my phone and know very well the numbers I contacted. It's only few calls/sms per month.  TPG added a lot of fake calls and SMS, as well as Voice Mail and Call catcher charges. Not only TPG added the services without my permission or acknowledgement, they faked I was using the services.  TPG, you have to resolve the issues ASAP. Since July, TPG added new services (Voice Mail, RSC, etc) without my permission. On 9/09 I asked TPG not to add any services. On 10/09, all calls were disconnected after 1-2 rings. On 16/09, TPG informed they would automatically change my plan to a new one (more expensive). 5 weeks is a very short time for such notifications. TPG, you blocked me every time I try to access my mobile information online. I can see my page for 1-2 sec, then you redirect me to a homepage. Over $30 disappeared from my account. Can I see where they went? I was getting your messages that I ahve 50%, then 85% and 100% of data used, when I was not even using the phone. I need access to my mobile phone information. PAYG plan. For many years, TPG was charging my credit card as soon as my balance fell below $10. A month ago, I could not make any calls. I spoke to TPG and was told my balance was 0. It was very strange. They charged me $20 and told there won't be any problem.  However, when I try making calls, their system sends me a message that I don't have sufficient funds. I Have been on PAYG plan for many years. In December, I started using a new phone and immediately my balance became 0. It was very strange because TPG automatically charge my credit card once my balance below $10. I had no notifications at all and was unaware they blocked me from making calls.  When I found out, I raised the issue with TPG. They charged me $20 and told I can make calls.  I tried to check my account usage but their system blocks my access.  I tried to call and got the same message that my balance is 0.
