Charges for FAKE calls. sms and paid services added without my knowledge

Yesterday I checked my mobile usage and I am still in shock. I hardly use my phone and know very well the numbers I contacted. It's only few calls/sms per month. 

TPG added a lot of fake calls and SMS, as well as Voice Mail and Call catcher charges. Not only TPG added the services without my permission or acknowledgement, they faked I was using the services. 

TPG, you have to resolve the issues ASAP. It's absolutely awful how you treat your customers.

I sent you a private message regarding the fake calls and SMS charges. I also was charged for Voice Mail and Call Catcher that I did not use nor gave a permission to TPG to add them to my mobile.

2 days I sent you personal details regarding charges for FAKE calls  and sms, as well as services that TPG added without my permission (includ. paid ones Voice Mail, Call Catcher).You have not replied yet.

The matter has not been resolved. TPG charged me many times for FAKE calls. TPG added new services (Voice Mail, Call Catcher, etc) without my permission, then charged me for them, even though I never used the services. 

TPG robbed me and no longer respond to me.

Hey Elena, our Mobile Team tried to give you a call yesterday to discuss what's going on but weren't able to reach you. Do you have a specific time that would work best for a call?

I am not able to discuss it over the phone. TPG charged me many times for FAKE calla including those made via VOice Mail anc Call Catcher. I never subscribed to these services nor used them. Yet TPG forced me to pay for them. Resolve the issue ASAP.

We've asked your Case Manager to reach out to you over email, and they've let us know they sent one through yesterday. If you respond to them over there, they'll continue to help out.

TPG emailed me asking to chat with them over the phone. I am not able to chat. please resolve the issue. You also have to remove all of the services added without my permission. 

After I reported the abuse, TPG charged me again for fake calls including Call Catcher. 

I ask you again to resolve the issue.
