I want to check what kind internet plan I use ! I need to change the plan to FTTB and home phone $59.9! Also my home the Huawei HG630 Home Gateway modem! Modem is for ADSL not FTTB!I need the new modem can support for FTTB! I was talked with your online I told them want to change the plan from$69.9 to $59.9 ! The staff said ok everything done but I checked on my bank account ! TPG still charge me $69.9 dollars! I need to refund over charge the money! I need to choose the plan on the photos plan ! Thanks!
