I spoke with someone on the phone to close my account and he said there was a huge backlog and I would need to read the email he sent on how to do this. The email just said go to this community?? I’m confused I just want to close my account please.
Please can someone pm me to explain how to close my account as I just read all the other posts about people having issues closing their accounts and they were told to call TPG. I have had two phone conversations already. Thanks 🙏
