A tenant requested TPG to see why their internet was slow. A technician came out, without my (landlord) authorization (nor the tenants since they didn't know what the technician was talking about) to make this bridging link for an old cable to the main socket and luca port (there are cut cables, dodgy linked together, hanging out of the black box and a hole was drilled into the window to bring that cable into the house). I have been speaking with Shane via the TPG community, who said "I can see that this has been raised to our Engineering Team and escalated to Telstra. Based on the report. Telstra changed new Aerial lead in, but damaged. One pair (old lead) in from Luca to main socket, caused no dial tone and connection at all".
But how was it allowed to be repaired? And how is it fixed... slow internet still and damage to the house structure.
WHO'S THE BEST THE PERSON TO CONTACT FOR COMPENSATION FOR THE DAMAGE?
