Good morning,
When is TPG actually going to pay the compensation to its customers?
After the initial email informing me i was affected, I switched plans and opted for the refund and a lower speed plan.
In mid march I received an email stating it would be paid "before the end of March", two subsequent phone calls in mid April I was told that TPG were still working on a "process" to issue the refunds, and they would be finalised and paid before the end of April.
Hmmmm...its now the last day in April, and still nothing paid by TPG.....
Has anyone actually received their compensation payment from TPG yet?, would love to hear a reply if you have, and also interested in the variety of excuses TPG have given customers as to why it has not been done yet.

Apologies for the lack of contact received as expected. I can see that this issue has been raised to the NBN dedicated team handling the comepensation cases.
