As a nightshift worker I require the use of my internet service. There seems to have been a increase in maintenance for the nbn network recently which tends to fall during 12:00am till 6am which are my ideal operating hours. How do I accomplish what I need to with no internet connection? I understand that majority of tpg customers operate during normal office hours but so they are not affected. Just wondering what can be done for the few that this affects directly as I’m constantly at a loss when it occurs. Thanks

Please be advised that while we will endeavour to make NBN Access services available to customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, NBN Access services are not fault free and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, or the speed, performance or quality of the service.

There are many factors outside of our control that may affect NBN services, such as the performance of third party suppliers and equipment, force majeure events and your hardware and software configuration.
