It is 6 days that I am trying to find out where is the SIM card that I bought and why I didn't receive it? No one gave me an answer! The interesting thing is some of the call center guys hang up the phone when they don't know what to do!!! And you don't have a survey after each call so that we can let you know how awful you customer service is. I advise you to read your google reviews! Is there anybody thinkig about your customer satisfaction in TPG? Do you really care about the Word of Mouth?! Really awful service!
