Contract Start Date

Hi

I have just set up a new contract with TPG.  I actually dont have access to the building at 154 Main North Road Clare SA 5453 until 24th November but can enter the premises from the 17th November to allow installion if necessary.  Any chance I can change this to closer to these dates?

Hi @tbmassage,

The initial date that will be provided is the earliest date available given to us by our wholesale partner
Telstra/NBN. You will receive e-mai as a confirmation about the Installation Date.

ADSL2+ takes 10-20 working days and NBN takes 2-30 working days.
