So far I've been transferred three times and had to go through the whole verification and explanation of what I would like to do but keep getting told something different.
I've now been told I need to completely cancel my account and then go to a different area to have the two email addresses set up as pop3 accounts.
Reading through some old posts here seem to indicate that this is not the way so am now a tad confused and frustrated.
