Creating slave account when 'manage your email addresses' not available

I have been a long time customer fully-paid of TPG, but for some reason lately the account shows I cannot create new email or alias email address. 


I have contacted the phone help line x 2 today (29 minutes + 12 minutes) on both occasions I have explained at lengthy the issue, only to have the phone hung up on me x 2 . 


If there is no online access to create new email addresses, and nobody to wants to help me on the phone - how on earth am I supposed to create new or slave email addresses??

We'll make sure that you will get the assistance required on creating a new slave email. At the moment, we are on the works on getting it accessible again via My Account. Please send us a message with your TPG customer ID along with your contact details and we'll set the callback for you.
