unable to access my account as no mobile number listed. sent email to privacy@tpgtelecom.com.au and have no reply. how long before i get a reply?

After your email is received by our Privacy team, turn around time for the requested details to be updated is within 24-48hrs.
If it's past the timeframe, send in the details of your email via private message so we can chase their team.
