Credit card no longer accepted

Hi, I was informed by TPG via text and email that my credit card type would no longer be accepted after 10 Dec. I was wondering what types of credit card would still be accepted.

Hi @phoebe95 ,

 

To comply with AMTA regulations, we will only allow ADI complaint credit/debit cards to be used for our services. This means we are not be able to accept certain cards, store or prepaid credit/debit cards as a payment method.

Thank you for you reply. I was wondering if I would like to change payment method from credit card to a direct debit, could I do it online by adding a new card? Or do I have to call TPG to make the change?
