Current Internet plan $59.99. Why was I invoiced $74.99??

I am on a $59.99 plan (deleted) Why have I been invoiced $74.99?? I have tried to review the online invoice but it just states the monthly payment due of $74.99. Please clarify ASAP. Thank you.
