Daily mobile data charges

TPG took my corona economic support payment.  I have been charged about 50 x $10 for excess mobile data over a few days period.  Previously the account was specifically setup to avoid this possibility.   Even so, this happened once a year ago and it was quickly sorted as an error, and an assurance it wouldnt happen again. but now theres no-one to talk to, just a form to fill in which may take 2 days to even  receive.  Interestingly mobile data has been not working properly over this time so the phone was hardly used.   I would have also expected any data used at home (during this lockdown) would switch to wifi but mobile division tells me thats a different department.  I am getting a completely icompetent vibe from TPG at the minute, cut off from online chat 4 times, took about 4 hours to get not very far.  $450 excess charges.. I'm about ready to take all my services and leave TPG.  Account 4505860
