Get online support
I left a message on 7 April and have had no response. The online chat service is not efficient because there are no operators available to talk.
i have had no internet connection for 2 weeks now. There appears to be something wrong with the modem TPG installed in February when I had the nbn connected. I am also moving soon so need to talk to an operator. I am currently paying for a service wihich is not working and will be cancelling my direct debit payments if someone does not get back to me.

Do you have an issue with your NBN service? I may advice you to follow some troubleshooting
