Recently provided tpg with new credit card details. Immediately started getting unauthorised transactions from a third party.
Havig trouble convincing tpg that there may be a problem with their data security. ..anyone else??

Our customers' data are secured and will make sure that it will stay that way.

 

If you are using online transactions using mobile phone or computers, then please try to check the applications and run some full scan on your devices.

Some spyware or malware might be the one who caused this.

Virus and spyware scans are clear. Data was supplied signed into tpg account which is supposedly secure.
