Disappointed / Need help - getting a replacement sim

I have lost my phone and would like TPG to send me a replacement sim (number ending with xxx 156). However, it has been over a week and TPG helpdesk has not been responsive. Please help me, all I need is a replacement sim sent to my registered address.

 

Here is a recount of the situation:

- 26March I called, helpdesk said the new process is customers have to go through an offline verification process to order a replacement sim. That is is bad process, Vodafone allowed me just to walk into the store and got one.

- 29March -  finally got a SMS on phone to ask me to upload my driver's licence. Really?

- 30March - I went through the ID verification

Then I heard nothing fromTPG.

 

Please just send me a replacement SIM.
