HI
I would like to temporarily suspend/pause my mobile service as i am currently overseas. I have read on other threads that you dont offer a suspension for mobile services and can only downgrade my plan for the time im away however this is not an option that i would like to take (i would rather just cancel my service completely if this is the case) as i will be overseas for a few months and i dont want to pay for something that i will n ot be using for 3 -4 months.
please could you advise me on what to do as soon as possible
