I switched to TPG mobile services with Esim a month ago from Telstra, which was my biggest mistake in life. Because two weeks ago I got a replacement phone as my old phone was broken. Then I called TPG to request a new replacement sim, but they convinced me to use a physical sim instead as the Esim process is longer. I agreed on the physical sim. They promised it would be delivered in 24-48 hours. I ordered on Friday, the 3rd Jan, and got a delivery message from the start track on Monday with Tuesday's estimated delivery. When it didn't deliver, I called startrack on Wednesday, and they stated my shipment got damaged and notified TPG. When I called TPG, they didn't have any information about it. Till Wednesday, I called TPG twice a day and every time, they said they didn't know that your shipment was damaged and would order another replacement sim. I called today, and they told me the same story. They said they couldn't see any new orders for me and that we would order again. I am not sure what is happening. That number has been connected to my business for the last 20 years and is linked to all business software, which I can't operate as they always send OTP on that number. I have lost thousands of dollars on this plan to save $15 a month. I am just feeling hopeless now. I don't know what I do.
