Disconnected prior to move

Tpg has disconnected our service weeks before we move.
At the new address the cable is disconnected, rebuilt property. Keep asking to attach modem, to what?
Are they dumb, incompetent or just don't care.
Rung several times, emailed and live chatted. Nobody has done anything.
My wife is filthy about, kids are **ty and I'm to blame for TPG stuff up.
Staff at TPG keep lying to me
What does one do.
Even ombudsmen acknowledged. That it's shocking but didn't hold out much hope.
Unable to work, in isolation.
God help TPG, they have no idea about service or fairness.
