Disconnection at a property I own

I have two accounts at two separate properties. I have tried repeatedly by phone to get one of the accounts stopped. I have tried by phone. The calls are terminated. I have tried by chat room. The messages are stopped and the conversation closed without any resolution. Please can someone from the company contacted me to resolve this issue
