Do I need to cancel service at old address

Our NBN and phone service has moved to our new home, however, the tenant living in our old address saying they were told by Telstra the service is still connected to TPG, do we need to request TGP to cancel the internet service in our old address? Thanks

Hi Loktab2,

If you have recently requested to move your service to a new address, the connection on the old address should be automatically cancelled when the relocation gets completed. In order for us to confirm, please PM your TPG account details.
