Like a few people before me, I am interested to learn if TPG can convert my 15 year old ADSL and NBN account to an email only account. My house is currently connected via FTTN and maxes out at 25MB, so not good, but workable. I have been contacted by NBNCo that my house may be eligible for a free FTTB/FTTP upgrade (with certain conditions) but TPG is not one of the providers listed on the NBNCo website.
I have registered interest with TPG should TPG get added to the provider list, but there are some great FTTP offers out at the moment and I'd hate to lose out on the free FTTP installation.
So, if TPG aren't going to be a provider of the FTTP installation, is there an option to keep my tpg email account?
