Error trying to upgrade for FTTP - E:adsl_comm:thread_exists

Hi, I'm trying to upgrade my service from NBN50 to NBN100 to qualify for the FTTP upgrade, however I keep getting the error -  E:adsl_comm:thread_exists

and is says to contact you.
