Error when upgrading plan

I am trying to upgrade my NBN plan but get the following error code at the final step <E:adsl_comm:thread_exists >

 

Any help much appreciated.

Hi @Ellen

 

We've created an article that will guide customers on How to Change NBN Plan Online via TPG My Account

 

The error message will pop-up:

  • if the phone number porting is still in progress
  • if you recently upgraded/downgraded the plan (the next change should be done after 48 hours)
