We do not have a temporary suspension for our internet and mobile services. You can choose to downgrade on the lowest plan to keep it active while you are away.

I can understand why you would need to do this. I moved to Sydney for 3 years and wanted to keep my email address so went on the lowest plan to make sure it was there when I moved home (I had internet all paid for in Sydney). However, since we are all losing our email addresses anyways, if you can do it, just cancel and go with another provider when you get back.
