High-Risk Transaction initiated

Twice in the last few weeks i have received an email saying that a High-Risk Transaction" was initiated relating to "Update Payment Details". It was not me changing these details.

 

I have rung Customer "Support" several times, sent them the email and generally completely wasted my time trying to get them to "help" me. 

 

It seems to me someone is somehow changing the credit card details linked to my account. I have re-entered my details once only for them to be changed again. 

 

I am at a loss as to what to do next. Does anyone have an explanation?
