Hi how do I cancel my home phone from my service I no longer require it but I want to keep my NBN service just not have the phone included In it

Hi @danielled85

We can't cancel the phone service as it is bundled to your NBN plan.

Cancelling it means that we need to cancel the whole account itself.

You can just take off the handset on your setup and don't use the phone service.

If you really want to take it off, then you need to cancel the current account and apply for an NBN internet only plan.
