How can I cancel my TPG account??

I am utterly disgusted with how difficult TPG makes it for customers to cancel their subscription!!!! I downloaded the App and nowhere does it give you the option to cancel your account!!!

Then they make you wait hours on the phone when they say “ the current wait time is 8 minutes “ one hour later you’re still holding on the phone!! I will have to notify consumer affairs and fair trade office because this is an outright scam of the highest order!!!

People should be able to cancel their subscription simply and easily!!!

I’m disgusted and will never recommend TPG TO ANYONE!!

Please tell me how to cancel my subscription!!! Who do I email?? What information do they require???
