I am cancelling due to too many connection problems. I have chosen to change provider.
I understand that due to covid 19 your call centre is not opperating, but your online live chat is not working.
Every time i attempt to cancel through live chat, I start a chat, explain that I would like to cancel, provide my details to verify my account, and then I get told I am going to be transferred to an accounts person who will handle my request. After that, nothing happens. The chat stops and gets closed and no other chat comes up. And this has happened every single one of the 6 times. Can i plese just get someone who can close my account?
