I am out o contract and switched my NBN to another service provider. I have been trying to request cancellation using chat service. After initial verification process with the chat person, I have always been transferred to specialist in cancellation team. However no response from the specialist teams. This happened more than 10 times in last couple of days. Seems like TPG customer service chat people didn't want to respond to any cancellation requests.
Is there any email address I can send my cancellation request?
