I have spoken to a customer service person last week via chat and they advised that a member of the cancellation team would contact me - have had no contact from anyone. Have also emailed email@example.com with all my information and still no response. As I am not in contract and leaving this address on 1 May I would appreciate cancellation without delay. I do not have a new address to transfer my account.
Please advise whether there is anything else I need to do to get this request actioned.
