Hi, I just moved to my new home and I am trying to reach you guys from the last 5days to move my connection to my new address! Please help me out!! I need to change it ASAP!!!

I have tried but it showing I need to select a new plan. I want my existing plan to my new house. Please show me the easiest way.

Hi @MonzurMarzia,

 

More than likely you are on a plan that is no longer available, or you are currently on an ADSL service and NBN is available at your new address.


What plan are you currently on?

Hi Karl, 
I am on NBN FTTN Broadband SL Bundle Standard without contract. Everytime I select moving home, it takes me to the plan change window.
