How do I cancel my NBN and home phone service

Good afternoon

 

I have spoken to a customer service person last week via chat and they advised that a member of the cancellation team would contact me - have had no contact from anyone. Have also emailed cancel@tpg.com.au with all my information and still no response. As I am not in contract and leaving this address on 1 May I would appreciate cancellation without delay. I do not have a new address to transfer my account.

Please advise whether there is anything else I need to do to get this request actioned.

Someone should call you back ASAP.
