How do I remove a CC from my account?

I recently updated my payment method to direct debit but TPG charged my credit card instead. How can I remove my credit card from my account?

By default, our system will automatically deduct renewal on the credit card first. Please provide us with your Customer ID or username via private message in order for us to assist you further.
