How do I remove a device from my modem?

I have a device on my modem showing as 'unknown'.

I don't recognise this and all other devices on my network are accounted for. How do I remove it?

Hi @SandyB22 . What model router do you have?

In the Security section of the router, there might be Access Control. You can block devices based on their MAC address.

Any chance it might be your smart TV?

PS. Since you have been able to login to your router, could you remove your earlier post about Accessing Modem.
