How do we actually get help?

Hi there,

I understand there's a massive C-19 disruption taking place however I have been trying without success to contact someone via chat for a week.  

I have recently moved house and wish to move my account and change to an NBN plan... and continue to pay you money BUT it's impossible to get any service response.

Could a team member please reach out to me on this?
