How to add my partner's name on the bill/account?

Hi @chiragjgala,

Welcome to the TPG Community!

You may send an email to adsl_admin@tpg.com.au together with the name and contact number of the person you wish to be listed as an authorised account user/additional account holder.

In doing so, you're giving an authority to the person to contact TPG on your behalf and authorise TPG to discuss account related information such as; billing, contract, technical issues and account changes except for account cancellation.

Note to everyone. We no longer allow a secondary or additional account holder to be listed. As an alternative you can add authorized representatives to be listed on the account.

Thanks for getting back to us, @chiragjgala.

If you add someone as an authorised account user, his/her name will not reflect on the bill or any account documents, but if you add someone as an additional account holder, his/her name will be listed on the bill and any account related documents.

Please indicate in your email that you wish to add an authorised account user or additional account holder.

Please send us a private message with your customer ID or username together with your contact details so we can have a specialist contact you should you require further assistance.

Hi @Ksereiko1

 

You may send an email to adsl_admin@tpg.com.au together with the name and contact number of the person you wish to be listed as an authorised contact user. 

 

He/She will be given access to contact TPG and transact on your behalf. He/She will also be assisted with any query or change in terms of billing, contract, technical or other information pertaining to your account except adding or removing a contact person and cancelling the account.

 

Please note that his/her name will not reflect on the billing invoices and receipts.
