Hi @RoseC ,   If you have an IMAP Email Only account, you would not have received an invite to migrate your email at this point. To answer your first question about email alias, when the time comes you have to migrate the main email address and both aliases will automatically be migrated with it.    I also use outlook on both computer and phone. I think there would be some changes on the set up, but not that much. Hi Sally4,   You can use the TPG provided modem as the authenticating device or the one connected to the phone socket or NTD (Network Termination Device) and connect the home phone to the TPG provided modem, while your new device can be connected to the TPG provided modem's ethernet port and act as a router to connect your Local wired/wireless network.   Also added info, for customers who just want the NBN connection withouth home phone service they can choose NBN BYO plans posted on https://www.tpg.com.au/nbn   Kind regards, Joseph D ... Hi @pjac1997 ,   My colleague @BasilDV will check on the Home Wireless Billing.   I can understand the part of not being sent out a modem if you do not want it, I am very curious as to why it led to the 9 steps instead of the 5 steps. Next time you do a change of plan, do reach out to me directly so we can assist as most of the people who specialize in this advise me that changing plan from one NBN Home Bundled Plan to another or one NBN Data only plan to another should not involve a modem unless there are deviations on the type of plan requested.   Kind regards, Joseph D ...
