I need to cancel my mobile plan as I am relocate oversea permanently.
How can I do that? When I called customer service, they said will need to sent a one time code to my mobile but I am already at oversea, won't be able recevie the code.

Hi - I couldn't send the PM, once I entered all info, it said i have reach the number of limit that i can send. But I didnt send anything yet. Can you drop me a PM so i can reply from it? or any other suggestion? Thank you.
