Dear Moderator, I am trying to cancel the home 4G wireless broadband due to my family will relocate to oversea sooner. Could not see anywhere in my accounts section for cancellation of services, so I really need you guys to help me for sure, thank you in advance

No one followed up on my cancellation request. I had heard that TPG's after-sales service was terrible, but when I need to solve the problem, I realized that what these people said was absolutely right. The account team said would contact me by phone, but they cancelled the appointment without prior notice, no one has told me what stage your application has progressed, perhaps this company only has charge fees to customers, and has not considered how to leave due to dissatisfaction with its services.
