How to cancel my nbn plan by writing ?

Hi there, 

I am not able to find a place to submit the plan cancelation either from account portal or external page . And the online chat is not available all the time  . Please advise. Thanks

You can cancel the TPG account online

https://cyberstore.tpg.com.au/your_account/cancel.php

Just be aware of the terms and conditions on your TPG contract.

I have clicked the link and login  . It shows my old address and my old ADSL service not the current NBN and the current address.  But I have submit the request ,does it work  ?

If you request to cancel yes.

However make sure your details CID or username are the correct for the service.
