Please cancel my NBN application and my account. I need a REFUND as well for all the monies paid. I paid a month ago around 19 March and still there's no intallation progress. Nobody repsonds to the chat on your website. I have encountered other organisation which have better communication system with their customers and they actually have some people who respond on chat.
I wish to just continue my Belong connection and upgrade form ADSL to NBN for Belong.
