Get online support
I've been on-hold for 50 minutes now and counting... phone-only billing support is just plain rude and disrespectful to us customers!!
How do I fix my account? It says I have $18 credit, and says I do not have to pay anything because I am in credit, and has a working valid credidt card on it, but refuses to let me make calls by saying I don't have credit.
Everything has been working fine all year - and it just suddently stopped now for no reason...
