I've been on hold for over 4 hours just to make a payment.. yesterday I was on the phone to you for over 8 hours trying to fix an nbn connection, finally got hold of someone who I thought sorted the issue but nooo of course not.. I'm not impressed at all.. someone contact me NOW or I'll be going to complaints to get a complaint number to go the ombudsman....
