I have paid $199.94 in 28 March 2020 to have my NBN50 set up, but I cannot connected internet . I asked help to TPG tech support and emailed to NBNorders TPG many times, until now the problem has not been solved. 7 April TPG charged the second month's fee $69.99. This morning I contact your tech support and case management team agian and they both told me to wait for further progress. But I have wait for more than month, I am tired of this.
Since the service was never provided because I never connected internet for 1 second , I would like to request refund ($379.88)back and cancel my plan.
If I don't get refund back , I will escalate this matter with TIO.
