I am unable to log on to TPG My Account

Hi, 

I have not logged on to TPG My Account for quite a while. When I tried to log on, It says there is missing mobile number.

Strangely, I am able to access my TPG emails with the same logon and password.

I called the number 13 14 23. It's looping through the options. I gave up.

Any hints on how I can log on to it?

One of our community users is able to access the account by resetting their TPG password, check this thread.
