I had cancel my service but still charge me

Hello 

 

I had send the message to customer service in June, but sill charge me for the auguste and july.

My service had connection problem in june and you guys already fixed.But i had same problem holding in july.

I know the 30 days notice for the cancellation,but i had no service in july,so can you check my account and payment.
