Get online support

I have been cancelling my account for 3 days, no one take care of me

Hi TPG,

From Monday to today (Wednesday)

I’ve been trying to contact you guys by all the methods:
Phone, 131423 keeps on saying “please use online chat”
Then I went to online chat, “jus hold on line I’ll arrange an account specialist then I’ve been waiting from start working time to end working time, there is no one still.

Emailed , of course nobody replied.

I’m over it, I’m like a ball being kicked here and there.

I just want to cancel my NBN100 without tricks.
